Clubbercise is a choreographed full body class done in a dark room withe UV and disco lights using out trade mark glowsticks.
Our routines combine a mix of dance, toning yand comat to the biggest 90's dance anthems right up current muisc.
This class really does feel like a night out with your best mates! it will have you smilling all the way through.
This class will rub for 45 mins followed by a 15 minute ab blast straight afterwards
Come down and join us, you will not be dissapointed.
Glowsticks can be purchased for £6 from our online store or from reception before your class
