About

In 2000 I completed my first fitness qualifications, ETM, Step and Aqua. I taught some Aerobics classes for a short while after, while I was training as a dancer at the Hammond School of Dance.

It wasnt until 2014 when I did my Zumba course that I really felt that I wanted a career in the fitness industry. I then completed my LeveL 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training Qualifications in 2015.
I then went out to start teaching fitness classes in the community. In 2016 I went on to do my clubbercise and Boogie Bounce courses and from here was a huge turning point in my career. People couldnt get enough of these classes.
December 2016 I found the perfect premises to open my very own fitness studio. This way I could help so many more people in our communiry, by providing more classes and Personal Training sessions.
In January 2017 Phoenix Fitness Studios opened its doors to the public. Since opening we have continued to grow and grow, we have helped hundreds of people achieve amazing body transformations, helped people overcome anxiety and depression, helped people find their inner  confience, created life long friendships, been a pillow of support for anyone needing us.
We have also completed many challenges together and raised thousands for charity, along  with collections and fundraising for local food banks.
