At Phoenix Fitness Studios our mission is to help you to achieve your health & fitness goals. We are very relaxed and freindly studio, that immediatly makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through our doors. 
We offer lots of different styles of classes, and have something for everyone to enjoy.  Dance fitness, hiit, legs bums and tums, body conditioning, relaxation, nifty fifties, step and many more.

We also give you the latest tools to track & analyse your diet, exercise & body composition,
1-2-1 & community support, meal plans, a point system to keep you motivated, educational videos & loads more! 

For anyone who can't make it to our classes, we offer you online classes and support.

We also run lots of challenges throughout the year to keep you motivates.
